Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

FieldScribe AI offers a 7-day free trial for all plans. During the trial period, you have full access to all features. No payment is required to start the trial, and you can cancel at any time during the trial without any charges.

2. Subscription Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with FieldScribe AI. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Monthly Plans: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges, but no refund will be issued for the current billing cycle.
• Annual Plans: Refund requests may be submitted within the first 7 days of purchase. All such requests are evaluated on merit and processed at the sole discretion of FieldnotesAI Private Limited, subject to these terms and conditions.
• After the 7-day window for annual plans, no refunds will be issued.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Send an email to contact@fieldnotesai.com with subject "Refund Request"
2. Include your account email and the reason for your request
3. Our team will process your request within 5-7 business days
4. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made after cancellation
• Your data remains accessible for 30 days after the subscription ends
• You can export all your data before the 30-day period expires

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in cases of:

• Violation of our Terms of Service
• Fraudulent activity or abuse of the service
• Requests made outside the eligible refund window

6. Discretionary Consideration

For annual plans, any refund request submitted within the 7-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The decision to approve or deny a refund rests entirely with FieldnotesAI Private Limited and is made at its sole discretion. No prorated refunds or credits will be issued after the 7-day period.
