"User Content" includes your notes, recordings, photos, documents, project data, and generated reports.

• You own your User Content
• You grant FieldnotesAI a limited license to host, store, process, and display User Content only to provide and improve the Service
• Your data remains your property at all times

FieldScribe may generate drafts, summaries, and report sections using automated AI systems.

You must not:

• Use the Service unlawfully or fraudulently
• Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access
• Interfere with the Service or its infrastructure
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
• Upload content you lack rights to use or share
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

FieldScribe offers paid subscription plans.

• Plan details and pricing are shown at purchase
• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled
• Billing, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the platform you used to purchase (e.g., Google Play / Apple App Store) and applicable law
• Access to certain features may depend on an active subscription and plan limits
• Price changes will be notified 30 days in advance

We may change features, add/remove functionality, or suspend the Service temporarily for maintenance or security. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability but strive for maximum uptime.

The Service (excluding your User Content), including software, branding, and design, is owned by FieldnotesAI or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

All content published on the FieldScribe website, including but not limited to blog articles, glossary definitions, guides, images, and other educational materials, is the intellectual property of FieldnotesAI Private Limited.

• Automated scraping, crawling, harvesting, or data extraction of any content from this website is strictly prohibited, except by standard search engine indexing bots operating in accordance with our robots.txt
• Republishing, redistributing, or reproducing any content from this website — in whole or in part — without prior written permission from FieldnotesAI is prohibited
• Use of automated tools, scripts, bots, or similar technologies to access, collect, or copy content from this website is a violation of these Terms and may result in legal action
• Content on this website may contain invisible digital watermarks and fingerprinting technology to verify ownership and detect unauthorized copying or republishing
• Framing, mirroring, or embedding content from this website on third-party websites without authorization is prohibited
• Brief quotations for the purpose of commentary, criticism, or review are permitted provided that proper attribution and a link to the original source are included

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• FieldnotesAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill
• Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to FieldnotesAI in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim (or INR 1,000 if you paid nothing), unless law requires otherwise
